"Ant infestation, they’ll lose the items you check in, and staff walks into your room by accident when you’re sleeping at 6 am while you’re in your pjs and undergarments.. food gave my friend food poisoning.. staff is unreliable and unprofessional. 0/10 bad service! "

"The Mountain View was nice…. But I’m sure many other hotels have that view in that area. The stairs to the hotel were brutal. If your young/ back packing ok. The breakfast was below par we didn’t eat it. The rooms Had bugs in it and I wouldn’t brush my teeth with the water since the spout was spitting out dirt. The price shouldn’t reflect the stays quality because there are many other hotels in that area at the same price. No me gusta unfortunately. "

"Overall the property was great and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Machu Picchu. I was really happy with this hotel. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Not many amenities provided but this is understandable being we are in the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful. "The main concern is hygenic condition. The bedsheet had stain everywhere and smells it definitely notify wasn't clean. The duvet and blanket is also dirty. I had to sleep with my dirty clothes because I don't feel safe and clean. There are no staff after 8pm so there is no one to contact.There were flies and bugs inside the room. The hotel is located inside a small shop there are only 5 floor. It's right next to the bus station and the river white noise is loud. At the end I do not recommend...
