I had a wonderful experience staying at The Gray. The property was clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout my visit. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free trip.

Excelente para el precio. Buena ubicación. La atención al cliente en la entrada del edificio no es la mejor, los custodios del edificio o porteros como le llaman no tienen la mejor atención con los huéspedes, eso es algo que desagrada un poco. La limpiada del Apt corre por la cuenta del huésped, pero todo lo demás está bien para ese precio. Teniendo en cuenta que soy una persona que solo va a dormir a la habitación, está muy bien.

We arrived at the apartment building to find that the Portero and other security people had no idea what we were talking about when we asked about the apartment. We have been charged for a stay that we never received. No one left a note or key or message for us. Appears to be a complete fraud.

Very disappointing experience, especially with the incorrect room assignment. We arrived at night and were given a room assignment. Security informed us that the room had no access code, so we contacted the host. I was then told that the room we had booked had actually been assigned to someone else. Despite knowing this, the host still sent us to the room. We went upstairs only to find the door locked with no way to enter, so we had to come back downstairs. We waited for almost an hour at night before we were eventually sent to an apartment instead. The apartment was not very clean and was not what we had originally paid for. The host agreed to a partial discount and said the refund would be paid in person the following day. However, I received no discount and no refund. The new room was also missing basic amenities. There were no slippers, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, and no detergent. Overall, the entire situation was poorly handled, from giving us a room that had already been assigned to someone else, to making us wait almost an hour at night, to placing us in accommodation that was not what we paid for. The promised discount/refund was also never provided. Very disappointing experience.

The views were spectacular. The room was as described. It had utensils pans everything needed to cook. Location was great. Many good restaurants nearby. Security was good and pretty helpful especially the guy from Barranquilla. Overall if traveling solo it's great. I would stay again for sure. I wish they had a TV in bedroom is my only complaint.

This by far was the worst hotel experience in my life. Nothing went well because there was no one to ask for help. Management refused to answer any questions or even provide basic essentials. I work 4hr a day on the Internet but the access code was incorrect. I had to walk() with injured knee 5 blocks to secure location every day while at The Gray! There was only two towels n, no so I wish Expedia' complaint app would allow me to view my complaints for errors. ap. The kitchen.had a total incomplete anything Oh, the microwave did work! However the stove did not. No matter how many times we asked for help we got the cold shoulder treatment.. We found out AFTER the earthquake the reason why. Two days after the quake the gas department came to the building checking for leaks. There was no gas turned on at the stove!! My wife did use your service once again starting tomorrow. I hope no one have to go thru our night mare, Ever.
