"we had a nice King suite on the 4th floor. plenty of space to hang out and watch tv when we had family come over. The kids got to swim in the pool. We used the facility's bbq grill and cooked for family. Staff is nice. Breakfast is nice. The coffee bar is great (just wish they'd leave the coffee going longer). Our room was clean...no funky smells. My only complaint would be when the housekeeper came into the elevator with us w/ her cart and vacuum. Her vacuum stunk so bad we nearly puked. That...

"I just drove up to my room and a maintenance guy was right there, about to use his key to walk in! When I finally got inside, the door was cracked open and a staff member was just sitting at the desk hanging out on the phone. The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache."

"First, at checkin there was no one at checkin to give me my room key. It was a wait . I waited for a total of 3hours it was unbelievably the computer was down. So, I had to take a picture.Three pictures, front and two ,two sides. I asked why the picures and I was told this is what we have to do for checkin and their were no keys. You had to be let in by the the personal at the front decks. Their was know one to help me. Wwhen the first person showed up she tried to help but her keys did not...

"The property is showing it’s age. The location is central to many downtown locations. The parking is confusing as to what free to use vs paid to use. Thankfully the valet was helpful. The property shares footprint with Ruth Chris steakhouse. That is the best reason to stay"

"There wasn’t a lot of hot food for breakfast.. the staff at night had her head down when we went to check in. She had to be woken up to check us in. The room smelt like cigarettes even though it should have been non-smoking. Tile broken in the elevator. And the room had water damage in the bathroom. Maintenance definitely not kept up. "

"Please, demolish that disgusting place! Stop selling that dump on Expedia—it’s full of people loitering about and looks absolutely dreadful. The hallways reek of urine. It was abysmal; we left instantly—we didn't even make it to the room—and we really needed to sleep after a long journey. And, of course, we lost our money—money that you should be refunding to us!"
