"I was very disappointed at the fact that the pictures online depicted a clean a ready room. When we got to our room we were shocked to see how worn out it was. The carpet was nasty, the walls were unpleasant. To be honest from the trip in elevator to the room I can say all was nasty and unsanitary. We found hairs on our pillows, the blankets were stained. Furniture stained. I can go on. I will say the gentleman at the front was very nice but rooms overall not a good look."

"I was amazed by how nice the place actually looked and mostly because of the pricing and breakfast included! Only small things that can could be better are to change out the tubs and have bigger ones or at least a stand up shower that’s more spacious and wheelchair accessible. A little more in depth cleaning, we took out the pullout bed from the sectional couch and there were a couple food crumbs on the mattress and floor. Can be a little more cautious on moving furniture to actually clean out...
