"We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a few nights. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, nothing was too much bother. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed, large room and lovely public areas. The evening meals and breakfast were delicious. The perfect place to ski as the main gondola is just a 2min walk away & there is plenty parking around the hotel. We hope to come back another time!!"

"Which was this hotel because of it’s close to the train station as well as the ski tram, which is a short walk. I was doing a ski trip so I made the logistics a lot easier. "This historic hotel is beautiful and a fun place to stay just outside of Montreux. You can easily access the city center and Chillon Castle from one of the main bus lines just down the road. The included breakfast was delicious, and the small bar/lounge area was a great place to enjoy a drink after a day exploring. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. "Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job.
