"Being the old shipping house, this hotel has an usual layout. Very nice restaurant and bar (food was very good) and the staff were all wonderful. Wendy and Vasiliki at the front desk and Dale and Bowie at the bar, who managed things very well when it was super busy. "3rd time staying here, perfect location close to the metro and easy to get into Centraal. Rooms are perfect however my only complaint this time is that the cleaning of the room when we arrived wasn’t great. There were loads of eyelash extensions on the floor by the bin and table as well as a lot of dust/crumbs which was slightly disappointing but didn’t affect my stay at all or my opinion of the hotel. It’s 10/10 every time but the cleaning did let them down this time "
