We were left comparing this property to a 5 star property in Paris, and this property was much beyond even that! "Great hotel at a great location. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly, helpful, and went "over and beyond" to ensure we got everything we needed sorted. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient parking garage on premise (although very narrow so requires some advanced driving and parking skills). Overall we had an amazing experience and will come back again. "

Our checkout experience was also unacceptable. Despite paying ahead of time they attempted to charge us again for the room and at a different rate."

"The room was spacious, clean and just all around perfect! We had the most amazing time, the shower was huge, as was the bed. The amenities was fantastic! Robes, slippers, speaker mini bar the whole 9 yards! Would absolutely recommend for couples and without a shadow of a doubt be back!! 11 out of 10!!!"

"This family-run hotel in the heart of Amsterdam is a true gem. Nestled along the canal in a historic building, it makes excellent use of the space while preserving its charm. Guests are warmly welcomed with a beverage at check-in and personally escorted to their room. As expected in a historic townhouse, the stairs are steep, but the staff are eager to assist with luggage.
