"The host was exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was awesome. Make sure you try the waffles with fruit. The location was great to Duval Street. The only issues were the water pressure in our room was very low and the roosters crowing before the sunrise in the am, but we would stay again. "

"Great views and great combo of sunning areas with lots of available chairs, at the pool, on the dock, and in the two separate sand areas. Also really cool that there was direct access to the ocean to swim and right next to (steps away from) a small public beach. "

"Great location, great staff, really great hotel. It had a unique boutique feel and a very cool vibe. The bar was a fun spot, right by the pool and lounge area. Walkable to all the hotspots and beaches. We could have rented bikes or a golf cart but enjoyed our walks. We will be back again and recommend to friends and family."
