"The room was cleaned well and smelled great every day that we were there thanks to our housekeeper Andrea B. The staff was very pleasant and helpful especially Ruth N. She was very accommodating and made sure that our needs were met. The daily breakfast and the swim up bar were also great. Loved being able to have access to the Atlantis and over all was a great experience."

"The property is beautiful no doubt about that, with stunning views since it sits pretty high up ( maybe on one of the highest points) in a residential neighborhood. Therefore it is quite far away by foot from restaurants, shops, beach etc.
It only makes sense if you have a rental car.
We, unfortunately stayed in a room (Pearl)on the first floor that resembled more a cell than a hotel room with two twin!!!! beds, one chair with a small round table that was too small to put a computer up and...

"Our cleaning staff was excellent! The only issue was that we encountered disgruntled employees about tipping bc we didn’t understand the culture. Once we found out the customs, we didn’t encounter the attitudes anymore. Jerome, the employee at the beach/pool was awesome and needs a raise. He is the best part of the resort!!!!!!"
