"I’ll keep this short and sweet. The property is beautiful and well kept. It’s huge without really feeling overwhelming. The beach was nice though I was expecting better. Definitely not on the same level as Turks or Barbados. Staff was so hit and miss. The desk staff was genuinely pleasant and helpful, but anybody else around the resort is just “blah”. "10 out of 10, we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. Spotless resort, lots of amenities, walking distance to town, clean private beach, great service. Just note the daily resort fee, VAT and service charges. Your bill will increase exponentially by the time these charges are added on. But we knew this going in!"

"Loved that it had a shuttle to and from the airport. We only stayed one night. Our room was ok, seemed small but worked for what we needed. Did like the snacks and drinks at a reasonable price."

"We enjoy Goldwynn for its boutique feel and size. It is quiet and peaceful. It is very walkable and only 6 levels. We much prefer this size hotel & grounds, rather than the massive resorts like BahaMar and Atlantis. The beach chaise lounges (with padded cushions & thirsty towels) are properly spaced so that you are not sitting too close to other vacationers & have room to move your chairs in keeping with the shade provided by the umbrellas. The restaurant is okay, with room for improvement....

"Really helpful staff. Great free coffee. Little water in room. Great A/C and comfy bed. Big minus was pool being out of action, not told and we planned on using that for a day. Also quite far from town center but handy for airport. "

"It's a beautiful resort with very helpful and friendly staff. The place was immaculate especially for relaxation. It's the staff that really impressive about this resort. I traveled by myself and I dont drive. So, I always try to commute whenever I can. The staff in this resort were very helpful with going around town and helped with activities to as well. Very accommodating and friendly staff serving my breakfast!"

"Charge too many fees"

"The entire staff is wonderful, gracious and so helpful. The location is excellent if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxed getaway, far from the large resorts. Old Fort Bay Club is beautiful, situated on a stunning beach without crowds of people. Very good food (we preferred the Italian restaurant over the Asian). Gym is very good and the pool is decently sized for those who like to swim laps. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The only thing missing is mini fridge."

"The room wasn’t a hotel. It was an apartment. The apartment had visible black mold growing on the walls and the furniture. And sheets were slept in and dirty and the mattress was dirty. The sinks also hadn’t been cleaned. "
