"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is under renovation but the room I was placed in seemed like something out of the 80’s very old and outdated room. Extremely poor condition. I booked a double room and the temperature control didn’t work in either rooms. No outlets near the other side of the bed. In no way shape or form is this a 4 star hotel "

"Room was clean, the hotel front staff/housekeeping were great and overall was a nice stay. Bar staff was a little impatient and having kids running around the halls/ up and down the elevator when trying to leave, was not great. We had to wait for three elevators and not at check out time because kids were out of control. "
