Clean, assessable to the M line. Easy to down town. The suite was so beautiful and modern. Beds were very comfortable! "We had the standard room. Clean room but the curtains need changing and net just looks tired. But everything was clean and enough space and clean toilet. My only suggestion would be provide TV menu and allow people to use Netflix. Also inform about 2-pin plugs. Having said that, the reception desk provided us with their 2 pin plug to use - very kind."

"Great location, very close to the historical sites (under a 10-minute walk), restaurants, public transport and a supermarket (2-minute walk). The apartment was just as advertised, it was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment building was clean, well maintained and quite. We were provided with really clear check-in instructions (as we arrive late evening)."

Our flight got changed and the team were super helpful when we requested a date change, and his meant a room chance which was totally fine as the accommodation was very appreciated. Our second room was a bit loud, we could hear people coming and going and the plumbing in the walls, not a deal breaker but I bit disappointing. "Lovely little place 2 minutes walk from the colloseum. Beautiful room and the staff were lovely. Bed was comfy and left little gifts. No coffee in the room but left pods for the shared coffee machine in reception. Was very quiet and very relaxing. Very clean and tidy."
