"Room was very nice and modern. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It was safe and quiet. Although we didn't use, there was parking inside the property, a very nice feature! Only suggestions I have are minor things that make life easier - towel racks, any kind of shelf in the shower, some kitchen basics like plates and silverware and a microwave for those excellent Roman restaurant leftovers. "

"Close to amenities, good transport link. 3 Rooms in an apartment. So shared space but individual rooms and bathroom. Liked the little touches of iron, toiletries, towels and slippers. Each room had a small fridge and desk space. Would recommend. "

"We had the standard room. Clean room but the curtains need changing and net just looks tired. But everything was clean and enough space and clean toilet. My only suggestion would be provide TV menu and allow people to use Netflix. Also inform about 2-pin plugs. Having said that, the reception desk provided us with their 2 pin plug to use - very kind."

"The location was good, the room was spacious, the air conditioning worked beautifully but the area was a little difficult to reach. Metro was far. Not many shops nearby or restaurants. However once you walk from there , there was a lot to reach."

Our flight got changed and the team were super helpful when we requested a date change, and his meant a room chance which was totally fine as the accommodation was very appreciated. Our second room was a bit loud, we could hear people coming and going and the plumbing in the walls, not a deal breaker but I bit disappointing.
