"The host was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Check in was easy and clear. They even helped arrange transportation from the airport and to the port. That was awesome. The property was close to the Colosseum and there were several dining options near by. They even provided snacks and bottled water for us upon arrival. It was a nice touch. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sanctuary Urban Retreat. We spent 5 night and were very grateful for the comfortable bed and quiet neighbourhood. The hotel is tucked away in a beautiful part of Rome which is away from all the touristy hustle and bustle. We walked to most places or took the subway. There are great restaurants within walking distance just down the hill or a 15 min walk to the Trastevere neighbourhood. They have beautiful, clean and modern accommodations, the staff are...

Se possível, seria interessante a administração do hotel colocar no arco de entrada de acesso à vila onde fica o hotel, na rua Faleria, uma indicação com o nome do estabelecimento. Bairro tranquilo e seguro com boas opções de restaurantes nas proximidades do hotel. Café da manhã servido no rooftop do hotel por funcionários...
