"入口がバス停からちょっとわかりにくい。(回り込む)。 2つのホテルが同じ建物に入ってて、それぞれロビーが違うので間違えないように。 23:00以降は敷地内に入るゲートが閉まるので、ゲート横のインターホンを押すように言われました。24時間体制との事でしたがなかなか応答がなく、結局もう1つのホテルのお客さんが開けてもらって一緒に入りました。(もう1つのホテルの人はナンバーキーで開けられるらしい)"

"This Aparthotel is stunning! The setting by the Lake is beautiful and I took nature walks around the hotel. The Outdoor Pool was perfect in the heatwave. The location is fabulous so close to Disneyland Paris with a free shuttle. You get a kitchen in your room and the nearest Supermarket Carrefour is a ten minute Walk away. I made. A vlog of everything in this Hotel to put on my You Tube Channel “Fairy Godmother”. I recommend it for trips to Disneyland Paris especially if you have an Annual Pass...

"très bon hôtel rapport qualité prix et bien situé par rapport à nos besoins (séjour Disneyland), à 20 min de Disney (arrêts de bus à proximite) Chambres propres et bien équipées (manque juste Mini frigo pour eau et nourriture dans notre cas) Bel hôtel, tres propre, personnel très agréable et compétent et petit dej très complet et pour tous les goûts. Si on doit revenir, ce sera au même endroit."

"Great holiday from start to finish."

"Hotel was tired and unwelcoming upon arrival and when we had questions throughout our stay. Often being ignored whilst staff were on their phones or having discussions amongst themselves. There was no Aircon in the hotel which was previously present. Durring the 40 degree heatwave it was impossible to sleep and cool down. The saving factor was the pool which although tired was welcome relief from the heat"

"The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner."

"The property was very busy but never felt overcrowded. Staff was friendly. Food options were available but a bit limited, yet there is the park at a short distance, so no worries in terms of food. Rooms were spacious and comfortable."
