"The rooms are not clean and carpet is very dirty. Seems like 30 years old. Also, they charged more than Expedia price and the receipt they gave me took it back when I asked why the price is higher than Expedia confirmed price. So in overall the experience was not good."

"You get what you pay for. It’s good in terms of location and the room is spacious but service isn’t great, you don’t get housekeeping and the rooms are very very worn down with toilets smelling of the sewer. It’s average and we would not stay here again."

"La chambre a été correcte, le grand lit confortable, par contre le sofa lit pour les enfants pas du tout confortable. Mon garçon qui messure 1.85m avait les pieds dans l'air. Donc par recommandé pour tous les enfants. La salle de bain très petite. En général ok, propre et chaque jour le ménage est fait. Le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup des choix. Le personnel très gentil. "The spa facilities were just right for a boutique hotel in Paris. There is a lovely steam room, which was very cleansing and a very nice pool - long enough for a lap or two. The opening hours were very generous - 8 am to 10 pm. Staff were friendly and helpful. Moise runs reception very well and is very pleasant. There is a metro about 6 mins away but it isn’t very close to the centre of Paris. That said, you can still get to the centre in around half an hour and there are restaurants nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel."
