positives, the hotel excelled in providing a peaceful environment for sleep, which is essential for an airport hotel. The rooms were well-insulated against both sound and light, ensuring a restful night's sleep even amidst the hustle and bustle of the airport. Additionally, the convenience of having a bar with a good selection of drinks added to the overall experience. The professionalism of the staff further contributed to a pleasant stay, and the presence of a gym offered guests the opportunity to stay active during their visit. However, noticeable cuts in quality, evident in the amenities provided. The communal toiletries, such as shampoo and shower gel, left much to be desired in terms of quality and variety. the breakfast offered at a hefty 25 euros fell short of expectations. Despite attempts to create the illusion of abundance by spreading food over multiple tables, the actual offerings were underwhelming. The absence of freshly prepared items, such as eggs and orange juice, was particularly disappointing, and the quality of the available options did not justify the high price. The hotel is really quite nicely updated and well kept. It’s beside the airport, but we didn’t hear any plane noise from our room at all, which was a welcome surprise. The room was equipped with a capsule coffee maker, but the capsules are not included. You need to go down to the lobby and purchase. That is the first time I have experienced this and it’s certainly off putting. We actually live in Paris but came to the hotel to stay the night so we could have use of the pool for my daughter. We used it the day we checked in and it is really quite nice. It’s small, but warm and was not busy while we were there. Unfortunately, when we went down the next morning to use it again, it was closed for maintenance, even though it was scheduled to be open. It would have been nice to have been alerted to this, since the pool was the entire reason we stayed here. We also got two pools towels the first day and both had long dark hairs on them. Overall the hotel was nice, but a few things left us disappointed with our stay.

Not to Hyatt standard worldwide. Very budget hotel
This hotel should not be class as 4 star. Specially for a Hyatt and the price you pay. Service is really bad. No one to help you with your luggages. You will have to basically lift your suitcases yourself, they won’t bring it to your room. I fell really ill with fever and a flu and couldn’t come downstairs for dinner. Called the restaurant to request an in room dining. They refused. Told them am shivering and having chills and to please help send some food, they didn’t care. The restaurant doesn’t offer lunch services. This hotel is a Hyatt budget. Should be a 3 star. For your hot drinks there’s no milk, coffee machine no pods.

Very good but not up to Hyatt standards. Landscaping with weeds?? Only hotel we’ve stayed at that charges for in room coffee. Front desk staff were not friendly or overly helpful. Room was great though.

Wow How terrible can it get Completely ignored at checkin no info just giving directions Room was not really clean mold in the bathroom no amenities Room not serviced after first night Upon check out they asked “how was your stay”? I answered terrible and got no responses!! Waited for the pre arranged shuttle when it arrived just for 7 am the driver told us to wait while others boarded and drove off Checked with reception staff and their answer was “ you just have to wait” They looked down and completely ignored me from there on I told them I would not be nice in my review Again was completely ignored Never ever stay with you guys again will go to the competition Fred Hoffmann

Stayed for a trade show for 7 nights. Great hotel and location. Lovely restaurant, however not great food choices for vegetarians/vegans. Only one choice on the menu which was virtually dry sauceless spaghetti without much taste. It's a shame because I really liked every other aspect of the hotel.

Room was very nice, very comfortable bed which I needed. Restaurant was very nice, new menu was very fancy and delicious. Breakfast was a little pricy but worth it as the variety was huge and again delicious.
