"A real dump. The common areas looked like a run-down bus terminal. The room was weathered and the bed linens like sandpaper."

Missed wake-up calls were thoroughly investigated by morning front desk morning employee who found that the previous guest had turned off the telephone ringer. She made inquiries as to why the phone calls seamed to not responded to. Accomodations were quickly offered to correct the situation. Outstanding service by both this morning employee and also by the evening check-in employee. Thank you. Both staff members were extremely plesant and helpful."
