"Had reservations to check in at 4:00 pm. Arrived a little early, checked in and was told no rooms were available. Advised I would receive a text when room was ready. Approximately two hours later I returned to the desk and asked about the room. Was advised my room was not still not available but there were other rooms available!!! I also noticed numerous other guests sitting around patiently waiting, with their luggage, for their room as well !!!!"

"There's got to be another place to stay in town if you're even thinking about this hotel and the front desk staff help that night on the phone was unacceptable."

"Close to casinos. Continental breakfast was bleak. Coffee watered down, juices were warm, only had sliced bread for toaster. I think the milk was sour. I would understand if we were the last ones there at 9:30 for the breakfast and everything sat out for 3 hours and was depleted. We went at 7:30. "

"Burns in the linens traffic in and out all night..prowlers,,seems lots of young people Living on the property everything there is outdated,,we went because everything else was fully booked and just to lay our head for sleep I will not ever stay again definitely not worth the money you hear arguments all night doors wide open with chairs on porch like they live there if you like the hood well there it is! A BIG NO!! Pool small and dirty and green "

"We stayed in the handicap room. The shower/bath was a marvel of plumbing complexity but the shower didn't work. There was a lever to direct the water either to the tub or the shower and once up to the shower there was another lever to direct the water to either a wand or the fixed shower head. The first lever, the one for either tub or shower would allow water into the tub but when switched to the shower setting the water flow just stopped. The lever to direct water to either the wand or shower head just rotated without any discernable connection to anything. We reported this to the front desk in hopes that the problem will be addressed."
