"I couldn’t sleep the night before my trip due to loud noise coming from the room next door. I called the front desk several times, but nothing was done. Frustrating."

"On the weekdays the breakfast are only open until 9am be advised to this before you do a reservation.and don’t have any other coffee amenities areas open for late costumes. "

And even if it was, there was no cookware. Not sure the point of having a stove top that didn’t work, it was a little disappointing as I bought some food that needed to be cooked on the stove and I had to cook it in the microwave instead, not so great."

"I was disappointed in that I thought breakfast would be included with my booking, but found out upon check in that it was an add-on cost. The breakfast food and coffee options for sale at the coffee bar were somewhat limited. The hotel was clean and other amenities like the gym and pool were nice. "

"If you are a parent of autistic children this is not the hotel for you. You can hear everything from the room upstairs which I had no issue with because I don’t complain since I know what it’s like but the manager came to my room and instead of politely asking me what was going on or if she can help me in any way or relocate me if it was needed but she did not do that instead her tone was cold and very dismissive. It’s understandable that noises bother people but I cannot do anything with my children that are both on the spectrum hence why parents of disabled children don’t go out much because of people who are unaware of this life. I would say if you do stay maybe make it aware to them but in my opinion I shouldn’t have to tell you my life story to be treated fairly. Also, there was a few comments made by housekeepers and the manager as well spoke about the screaming. Almost like the whole hotel had a chat about us.. I would say it is very much clean and the food in the cupboard is reasonable price. I had no issue with anything other than the staff unfortunately."

"Stayed here as part of a school event, so we had several rooms booked for a few days. The rooms were very dirty, especially the floors. The bathroom was fine but the floor was also dirty. I paid for an”upgrade”, but my room was no different than others. My room also had an odor, but after running the ac for a bit, it wasn’t as bad. A student said this was the worse hotel he has ever stayed at. I said I have stayed at worse but was almost just as worse. You get what you pay for. While we had a place to stay and sleep, I would suggest spending a little extra to stay at a nicer hotel down the street."
