We had a last minute trip and arrived late in the evening. Check-in agent was friendly enough. But the room had a very bad odor. We had to literally clean the hard surfaces ourselves before we could even unpack. Outside of toilet was soiled with urine and hair, counter surfaces and mirrors were dirty and the floor was so gross, we couldn’t take our shoes off until I hand mopped it. Linens and towels smelled clean but were heavily stained. We didn’t expect the room to be glamorous for the price, but we did expect it to be clean. Only decided to stay because we were too tired to deal with finding something else at that hour. But once we cleaned it ourselves to a reasonable degree, it was tolerable.

Motel and rooms old and very outdated. Back of motel was trashy. Toilet in room was dirty on the outside. No coffee maker, iron, kleenex in room. Ice maker did not work. Didn't see any snack bar/deli there. Electrical outlets were sparse and/or didn't work. Other 2 motels I stayed at last week for basically the same cost were far better. When I first arrived I had dirty, unkempt man ask me for a cigarette. Checked in, went to park and the same man came up to my vehicle and asked again for a cigarette and something to snack on. Exposed his backside as he walked away. Came knocking on my door 15 minutes later, I didn't answer, so he started looking in my window. Complained to office clerk and she was not concerned, just said he was harmless, but annoying. I did see man open door and go into room 46, so it appeared he is living there. I did not feel safe there and would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Unlike other reviews, the room was fairly clean and worked EXTREMELY well as a cheap place to stay for the night before immediately hitting the road the next morning. The shower worked fine, although the handle was prone to falling off. I never used the microwave so I can't comment on it, although the television was perfectly functional. One of the outlets in my room seemed to be non-functional, although outside of that the other outlets worked without issue. While the bed sheets were a little bit scritchy, for me they worked fine enough although for longer-term stays I can see them getting irritable fast. Having stayed in the cold, the heater worked without any issues, and I was able to sufficiently warm up my room. The deadbolt works fine, although the extra latch seems to not be installed properly as it was able to be easily bypassed. I wasn't unhappy at this place, and like I mentioned earlier it was perfectly serviceable for my needs as a one-night stay between two destinations (it was a 13 hour drive and this was my designated half-way point, both going outwards and returning home). I'd recommend this place in good faith as a cheap place to pull over and stop for a singular night, although I think those looking for a longer-term stay are in for a worse time.

Room was clean for the most part. Water was hot. Unfortunately, my 3yo found the packaging for adult toys and a Walmart visa card package in the night stand drawer. Pretty obvious nobody checks the drawers. I'm sure the motel isn't aware of adult activities like that, but good Lord, check the drawers lol. Or maybe, if you're there for adult activities only, clean up after yourselves!

Not so much the 2nd time around

The hot water wasn’t really hot. Found a rather used towel in a drawer. We stayed here before and the room was better. The people two doors down had some small dog that went to yapping at midnight for twenty minutes.
