My main issue was the fire alarm with its shining green light is right above the bed so it's a bit like sleeping under a spotlight. Also, the rooms are not as quiet as one would hope and, though I'm uncertain of this practice, it would seem the guests are not "spaced out" in the property allowing for minimal disturbance from other guests coming/going. "i left my belt bag in the room but they said that it was not there i’m 100% sure that i left it in the side table of my bed. i didn’t even use that belt bag out . when i called them . they didn’t even called me back when they said that they will check, so i have to call them again. then they said that the person who clean my room was off for 2 days . now i can’t even go and check the room because they said that the room was occupied. how can i get my belt bag in the room.? "

"Rooms HVAC is loud. Dripping sound all night with some unseen pipes. They helped us with another room late at night but after calling a number of times. First room was not thoroughly clean. Second room was cleaned well. Overall not a good stay."

"The hotel is currently being renovated. My wife and I were upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom suite so we would be away from the work being done. The two bedroom suite is set up great and would be a good choice for two couples. Everything ran smoothly, we didn't feel any disruption. This is our hotel choice every time we come to town. Staff is helpful and attentive. I left my kindle in our room, it was found and is being held until we return. Thank you staff. Looking forward to...
