"The hotel is currently being renovated. My wife and I were upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom suite so we would be away from the work being done. The two bedroom suite is set up great and would be a good choice for two couples. Everything ran smoothly, we didn't feel any disruption. This is our hotel choice every time we come to town. "Stayed for 4 nights, and not a single day was the room cleaned. I even called the front desk to ask about it, only to be told my room was “not on the cleaning list.” When I asked why, they couldn’t give a clear answer. I then asked if they could add my room to the list, and they said no. On top of that, I was charged for parking every day, which was never clearly communicated in advance. "I stayed at this hotel for one night and noticed multiple bedbug bites the next morning after checking out. I reported the issue right away. The hotel’s response was to say they could not handle any refund directly and that I needed to go through Expedia. Expedia then contacted the hotel on my behalf, but after additional waiting, the hotel still declined to refund the room charge. This was extremely disappointing.
