"I've stayed at and reviewed (very favorably) this place before so I am just adding some afterthoughts on why I really like staying there apart from the excellent staff and well tended property. The layout is such that you only have 3 other neighbors in a building so there's hardly any "noise" from them or cleaning staff. There's plenty of parking just steps away from your room---very handy when there's a lot of luggage to transport. And it feels like an actual, if temporary, community. "

"I had a late check-in, the first room was still dirty (footprints in the bathtub), unknown goopy substance on the bedskirt, and the AC would not turn on. The night shift person quickly switched the room, but this one the shower fan did not work. However, the night manager (different person) was very friendly and polite. Morning front desk was courteous and willing to accomodate a later check-out time which was very helpful and appreciated. "

"Cosas negativas las almohadas no me gusto su olor , la caja fuerte nunca la pude usar, si llamas de la habitación es muy difícil que te contesten, las alfombras de los pasillos estaban muy sucias. Positivas espacioso calidad de los muebles muy bien baño excelente limpio , la cocina super equipada buen refrigerador etc el lobby está muy bonito fresón me gustó los desayunos muy bien."

"When I checked in I was told to check my room to see if it had the sofa bed so I did so a whole run around was ridiculous to do 11pm with 3 tired kids. The guy looked like it was his first day at work not know if my room had a sofa bed finally made it to my room and the sofa was not made nor did I have sheets or blanket for it "

"Picked this place because previous reviews said it was exceptional. It was not family friendly, beds were uncomfortable and there was dog urine in the elevator. "
