"空港へのアクセスは良いが、それ以外は周りに特筆すべき施設はない（歩いて5分の場所にモールがあるものの、極寒のため外出もできなかった）。何より困ったのは、空港からのシャトルサービスが30分ごとにあるが、WEBでシャトルの運行状態を見ていると、全くいい加減で、30分以上待った後にUberを頼んだが、その到着と同時にシャトルもターミナルに現れた。それだけが不満だった。"

"Elevator extremely slow. Sometimes a 5 minute wait.
Breakfast buffet food was cold although sold as a hot breakfast.

"Personal travel after having flights cancelled at ORD. Fireplace was wonderful. Everything was great. Clean rooms, bathroom with shower, soaps, shampoo & conditioner were great. The staff was great welcoming all the cold & weary flight-cancelled travelers. Check-in was a breeze!"
