"A delightful stay. Other than the carpets needing a deep cleaning (which is an issue found in most hotels, not a huge deal),it’s a very nice place with a helpful and lovely staff. I enjoyed the breakfast options and the styling of the room. Location isn’t too far from most attractions, and there’s a Walmart and gas station across the street for quick pit stops. I felt very safe and comfortable so I definitely will be booking again in the future!"

"Arrived late.. 10:30pm went to the room which was freezing!!! Turned the a/c off and up to 75 to warm it up… went to dinner , when we came back the AC was still blasting and it was ice cold.. FREEZING!! We turned it off, turned it to 85 and still the AC was stuck at 40 degrees… at midnight went down and told them and they could only give me more blankets…
The night was horrible!!!! 40 degrees all night.. they gave me 100

"Clean room, comfortable bed, snacks and drinks available 24/7. Easy to get to Opry mall if that’s your thing. Great room rates, even last minute when I had to extend my stay one more day for work. Free parking was also a big plus. Most hotels in Nashville have a hidden 20$ a day or higher parking fee they only tell you about when you check in."

"Good location, easy to walk to Broadway. Breakfast was great. But the carpet in our room was stained and looked gross. Would not walk around room without shoes. Carpet should have been replaced long ago. The hallway lights were so bright that even with blackout curtains, the room stayed light from the light coming in from around the curtains."
