"There was nothing in the room except for the bare minimum. Towels and a shower kit. No kettle or glasses/cups. No cutlery. If I was looking for more than somewhere to sleep then this would have disappointed me. Shame I couldn’t make myself a coffee this morning."

We ended up contacting Expedia who nudged them and we finally got an email giving the info right as we were waiting at the door.. Not even an apology was given. "This hidden gem is a small oasis in a busy city. From its elegant 17th century interior settings, serene breakfast area, beautiful views and delicious menu, we enjoyed a relaxing start to the day. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was not the easiest to access in a large vehicle, however the instructions supplied and wonderful staff were of great assistance. Overall a fabulous experience, we will definitely be back!"
