"Monica and everyone at Casa Ensenada are so welcoming. It is a lovely little hotel in a fantastic neighbourhood. A small but sufficient breakfast is available daily. Room and everywhere was always very clean. But the staff lead by Monica is easily the reason to stay here. Always attentive, helpful and cheerful. "We rented the Gallery Suite for 4 nights which had a nice terrace. There were 3 of us, and it was great to have that extra space for those who get up early and wanted to go outside to drink coffee. "Great place to stay in Condesa! Booked through Expedia and did not run into any issues at check-in. They did not require a credit card hold or a rental deposit (despite seeing reviews about this). Staff were very friendly and professional (though not super fluent in English). The area was very safe. You do have to buzz into the main entrance every time, which is a bit annoying.
