"The stay was nice, bed was a bit hard but still slept really well. Nice and spacious. Great hub if you don't want to stay in the busy areas but definitely takes a bit to get around to main attractions. Parking included was great. Would recommend not allowing smoking in front of doors as the lobby then smells of smoke. Also please include water in the room."

"Good value for money. Location was not good for us, however it would be good if you need to stay in the art and image district. Good size room, excellent bathroom and amenities. Comfortable bed."

"Helps us in a time of need when our original hotel turned out to be horrible a place that was not safe for my mother and daughter. The Oliver was very accommodating and the hotel manager was really helpful and nice, such a deference from the cream lavapiez that I would not ever recommend. Ty to the Oliver highly recommended."

"Good hotel. Fourth or fifth time I used it. This time, the mattress was not in the best condition and the shower sink was obstructed. The air conditioning unit was too noisy also."

"Buen servicio, calidad y precio muy bueno . Limpia, cómoda y tranquila."

"Very nice hotel, clean comfortable and well located, easy connection to centro with E1 bus. Nice mall at walking distance. Breakfast was great and the 24hrs free coffee and drinks is much appreciated. The people who work there were nice helpful and prompt. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend. "

"El hotel muy bien ubicado, frente a una estación de metro, cerca del centro, comercio, etc. Hizo falta un segundo rack para colocar el equipaje. Quise hacerme un té en la habitación y no fué posible, porque no hay tetera para agua caliente."

"Buen servicio, limpio y su localización accesible!"

"Caterina Río is a modern building in a nice neighborhood. Easy to go around the city by metro or bus. The check in was smooth and easy. The problem is once you are in. The studio apartment was nice but super hot and not well cleaned. It was 80 degrees inside. I called and spoke with 3 different costumer service representatives, neither one was helpful. They told me that because it was Saturday, I needed to wait until Monday for service on the unit. Then I used their 24/7 chat box to ask for...

"Liked the location close to metro.. room was comfortable if small. Didn't like the lack of reception staff on site and found the lockers for storing luggage frustrating."

"Very clean, modern and friendly hotel. My only complaint was the bar was very limited and closed at 21:30. This was quite frustrating as there was nowhere very close by so you are a bit isolated. Also the vending machine didn't work properly. I arrived late at night and wanted to get a sandwich."
