"The property is truly wonderful—a perfect place to find peace of mind, reset, detach, and return as a better person. I only wish I had more time to stay, perhaps even a month or two, because it’s definitely a place I plan to revisit. The commute through the resort involves quite a few hills, which at times felt like a workout, but I like to think of it as built-in cardio—almost like hiking. "This property received a 5 star review due to the amazing staff. The lower level parking was very dark and eerie we had watched an individual walk in through the out gates the first day that we were there and it was obvious that he did not wish to be seen by the attendants / guards at the entry gate. The breakfast offered was very good and again the staff were amazing. The Calzone that I purchased at that Italian restaurant out front was burnt and they did not care even when I mentioned it...

"Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l’aéroport après un long vol. Tout était parfait. L’accueil a été excellent. La chambre est grande et propre. Le petit déjeuner local nous a mis dans l’ambiance. Ils nous ont recommandé un restaurant dans les alentours où nous avons pu goûté le jus de crapaud (ici c’est une plante 😄)."

"Breakfast is amazing !!! And the staff and security are so helpful and wonderful!! Very knowledged on the property as well, just make sure you have bug repellent before going to your room, a lot of insects but with the repellent it wasn’t bad. Also no tvs no microwave and no fan or AC just be mindful about this. It is the ultimate getaway for sure for peace and quiet. But the bar el gato on the property is soooo cute and the drinks are delicious, see Yahaira the bartender she was so great!!!...

"I plan on returning. The hotel is nestled in the heart of San Jose, it's a huge property. I chose it for the decor/culture of Costa Rica. I swam in a pristine Olympic sized pool, I saw several iguanas, and I don't know how many bird species and in the ceiling of my room, what I thought was a mouse, was actually a bird nest with new hatchlings, which was a bit disturbing when I was sleeping. I was offered another room, it wasn't as nice, so I declined. Understanding Costa Rica embraces nature and...

"I just stayed for one day but will return. The room was spacious and clean with AC and comfortable bed. Excellent mountain view! There’s a really nice pool also. There’s a very famous pizza restaurant at the property so perhaps at night could get a bit loud, but it’s low noise so I didn’t mind. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Got to meet the owner also so that was a plus😀"
