"The hotel is rather old. Carpets were wet - maybe humidity? Bathroom smelled like cat pee. No amentities. Loud bar on the first floor. However the breakfast was decent. Doubt I’ll stay again"

"The room was comfortable— nice mattress, good air conditioning, and very hot water. The carpeting could have been cleaner. We did not have enough time to use the pool or exercise room, but was pleased it was there. The breakfast did not look appetizing as most hotel breakfast are disappointing, so we opted out and went out for breakfast. The coffee however was wonderful!! The machine freshly ground each individual cup."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the location was excellent. I especially want to recognize Mr. Garcia for his outstanding customer service. He greeted me warmly when I arrived, explained everything in detail, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There were a minor housekeeping issues during our stay. On our second day, housekeeping had run low on clean towels and had to go door to door collecting used ones or even clean ones this was a little shock and new to me since hotels...

"The sofa in our suite was very dirty with stains and surface dirt on the arms. It was a holiday weekend. Rooms were sold out. Housekeeping was busy. We were there for 5 nights. Our trash was emptied twice. Our bed was made once. To be fair, on 2 days, I accepted fresh towels at the door when housekeeping knocked. I asked if they wanted us to leave so they could clean, but the service person couldn’t understand English. It was extremely hot out. The room began to get very humid and smell of...

"The only issue I had was that the bathroom was so tiny. Anyone with mobility issues may have a problem with it as it is so tight. Luckily my husband was not with me on this trip, as he would have had serious issue using the toilet and shower."

"The first thing I will say is Amanda the staff person at front desk was amazing, friendly, and very helpful! The place was clean breakfast terrific and close to all food/services needed. It is also easy on and off highway"

"Very clean room, beautiful hotel. The only issue i had was the parking lot was awkwardly located from the hotel. Not really far but a good walk to the entrance to the hotel entrance. Luckily I love walking and doing steps is not a problem for me."

"Overall, the property was somewhere we would use again. Without going into all the details, I had to explain why I needed new batteries for the remote. As for the breakfast the next morning, it pushed the meaning of continental! So we ended up going elsewhere. But the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean."
