The hallways were dark and the ceiling falling down. The breakfast was horrible, not even a piece of fruit. No options that weren’t bread based. Tried to just have coffee but that wasn’t even drinkable. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work.

Don't bother staying here if you want good customer service. The desk staff need much better training and maybe management needs to be onsite to oversee their staff. Stood at the front desk for over 10 min before anyone came to the desk from the back. I booked the property after speaking to the front desk regarding early check-in and was assured that it would not be a problem. Upon arriving and waiting for 10 min for someone to come to the front desk, I was told that the room is not ready and would be about another 30-45 min and that they would call my cell. I went to wait in my car and after waiting over an hour and seeing people check out and check in, I went back inside and he said "oh, it's ready". I said I know it is because I have seen others go and check in. Why wasn't I called? His response was "what's the name?" How were you going to call if you didn't even know who you were going to call??? Totally disrespectful and inconsiderate. Didn't bother staying as I found a different place while I was waiting outside for the hour. They then have the audacity to not refund the room payment. The place is a joke. Needs better management.

An irate customer was at the front desk when I checked in. He was yelling very loudly about how the clients next to his room were drunk, playing loud music and screaming loudly and requested a refund.The manager called the room where the action was taking place and told them he would have them taken out if the noise doesn’t stop.He had no sympathy or even offered this customer another room!!. This was a big turnoff for me especially when the manager gave me a room near where this incident was occurring. I told him after hearing this irate customer I didn’t want to have that room and was afraid and felt unsafe being I was staying alone. .He showed NO empathy!! I had no idea the room I booked was in the exterior corridor of the hotel. He told me it would cost me 20.00 more for a room in the main building. I paid him the additional money in cash but got no receipt! This manager showed no signs he cared about my safety or even the safety of the irate customer!

Upon arrival checking into the NEW building was nice Very clean up to date newly renovated it, was nice. Then we where given our room, it was around back in the old building second floor looked like it was out of the 1970’s, was a smoking room(which is not what I had reserved) had 2 twin beds (not what I reserved, run down. I travel a lot stay at some great places some not so great. if this had been $50 to crash for the night I would have been fine with it, bathroom was clean shower was clean, room was clean but there everything was old and musty (or smoke) smelled, But it was $110. Gas stations, Dunkin’ Donuts, and restaurants were close so that was a . Lower the price for those rooms to $50 if prob stay again for a quick overnight trip to Jersey but no longer than that and not for the price we paid unless I was GUARANTEED to be in the new building!

The property is in need of a mass deep cleaning. There was food left in between the mattress and box spring. The windows and glass doors looked like they’ve never been wiped. Upon check-in the man behind the desk was on a personal call the entire time. My companion and I had to figure out on our own where our room was. I understand that this a budget hotel, but I’d rather spend more to for a better experience elsewhere

The parking lot needs to be paved and there should be better servicing of the trash cans in front of front door area. Also it's time for a new ice machine by the front desk. Other than that the hotel was very clean the staff is very professional and I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Jersey. The room was always clean properly I always had plenty of towels and I think it's one of the best rooms in the hotel.

The staff was very courteous however the hotel didn't look anything like the advertising pictures. Very out dated and musty smelling. It ws so bad we checked out early and was told the only way to get refunded was to talk to Expedia

Pretty run down property. The rooms seem renovated and a little clean but facilities are so old. Carpets are really old and dirty. The bathroom doors have stains on it that I don’t know what it is.
