"Por empezar, para hacer check in adelantado, tenía que avisar 24h antes, y me enviaron esa información el mismo día. Seguido de que no teníamos ni sábanas ni edredón, pasamos frío la primera noche, cuando reclamamos, solo nos dieron una sábana encimera, ni edredón, ni sábana bajera. Y no mencionemos el colchón del sofá cama, una vergüenza, fino como una loncha de queso, se clavan los hierros del sofá. Queríamos pasar una estancia acogedora, y fue horrible.
