"The hotel being based in the tropical environment whilst also being on the beach was incredible, and the wildlife was a real experience to be around. The staff were super friendly and helpful and drop you off around the resort on the shuttle buggy’s which is helpful where it is quite hilly! The rooms and general hotel are tired so wouldn’t say this standard would be a 5 star and does need a wide scale refurbishment. "Padimas provides very nice, comfortable houses for rent at the north end of Langkawi Island. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to relax and get some peace and quiet, as it's away from everything. The flipside of this is that you'll have to drive to get anywhere. In terms of service, they are very helpful about providing anything you need. Make sure to contact the owner and let him know what time you'll arrive."

"Worst stay experience in my life so far. This property looked like a dead place. They took good 30 min to find my booking when I reached. Eventually agreed that it is there. The hotel has zero maintenance. No facilities. No amenities. Restaurant closed. Nothing to eat and order. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. "
