"A little better ground level signage as to how to get to the hotel lobby would help. "

"Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed during the week and it was extremely quiet at night to sleep. There is a cafe serving breakfast and lunch one block behind the hotel that was very clean and good food. "

"Lovely boutique hotel. Nice big room. Pretty quiet despite being in the thick of Downtown. Lots of bars cafe's restaurants locally. Good location for the Sky Train. Local area does have a few addicts in a poor state which is sad to see. Walked to the David Lam park water taxi to go over to Granville Island which is a lovely place to wander and eat good seafood. Staff super helpful and friendly. Comfy bed. Good bathroom products and robes. Would definitely stay here again if we return to...
