"Not a good representation of the rooms that ere pictured on Expedia site of WHERE we would be staying. Site shows multiple pics of the upper section with no mention of lower section that’s in need of some upgrades. To start: No bathroom door only a curtain. Fireplace didn’t work inside. "The bed was horribly uncomfortable! My wife woke up in pain from the mattress being so hard. We might as well have slept on the floor. It was so bad we didn't stay the second night. When we ask to speak to the manager, she never called nor emailed like she promised! "

"Staff was basically non existent. Reception was closed and staff were on break or something, which made check in challenging. Same with check out. Staff was cooking and no one was available to check out. Property was nice and clean. "
