"Nice people"

"Loved our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great and room was too. The only issue was that the elevator doors would close extremely fast and would not bounce back once they made contact with a person. On 2 occasions someone else in the elevator had to push the doors open. I returned home with a very large bruise on my shoulder. Hopefully, the elevator has been adjusted by now as it could be very dangerous."

"Pros: Friendly, efficient front desk and bell staff, excellent location, comfortable bed, good value for NYC. Clean throughout. Alley-facing room, so no view, but very quiet. Cons: Standard room typical Manhattan small, but not extremely so. Bathroom, however is awkwardly small with no counter space or useable shelf for toiletries. Unnecessarily unfriendly security staff. Would certainly stay again if seeing an event at Lincoln Center. What a joy to just cross the street before and after a...

"This is an excellent hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were also in like new condition, with great water pressure and plenty of towels. The staff goes out of its way to help travelers, and helped us several times on our trip. The property is in a good, busy, safe neighborhood with quick access to the subway and tons of restaurants nearby."
