"The entire staff at the resort was beyond amazing and displayed excellent customer service. I was greeted with a cold delicious beverage and cold towel upon arrival and surprised with a bday cake and song once I went into my room. My waiters at each restaurant throughout the resort went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The bell men were the best I’ve ever seen and very great at lending helping hands. I highly recommend and when I return to Thailand, Phuket I will stay at Crest Resort!"

"Very clean large hotel with multiple boarding options. Friendly and helpful staff. Many pools and restaurant/bar options with themed buffets. Located just off Patong Beach and a 10 minute walk from Bangla Walking Street. Standard rooms lack storage for longer stays. Otherwise a great hotel for a visit to Phuket."
