Good stay, room was clean, house keeping service was prompt.
Location was very centralised with walking distance to Jungceylon, and other eateries and Patong Beach. Front desk was friendly, thumbs up to Peter, who was kind in explaining whats near!
Only negative feedback that I encountered were:
1) Room key cards that were issued, came with room numbers labelled on the card. This makes it very vulnerable to theft in room, should the key cards were lost, as the room was so clearly identified on the cards.
2) black out in area on 30th April 2018, whilst not the fault of the hotel, there was inadequate information given to hotel guests and lack of reassurance to guests as to when the power would be switched back on. Simply put, the hotel should have had a back up power supply generator.
3) Faulty aircon in Room 301, the air con unit had already shown error messages, and was not able to operate at all: it shut down automatically after being switched on. Front desk had been already informed and they got a technician to attend to the unit on 30th April 2018. However the unit still had the same issue late night on 1 May/Early Morning 2 May 2018. Certainly unacceptable. To make things worse, they placed a portable aircon unit in the small room, which was circulating hot air from the discharge in the room.
4) WiFi was unstable, able to connect at times only.
