"Very nice and confortable hotel. It has the best location in the city. But not recommended for smokers as hotel is smoke-free, not even on balcony. No floors with smoking rooms like other hotel in Pattaya.
Food and amenities as great. "

"room was recently remodeled which is very nice but on going renos during the hours of 10-5 daily are extermely loud if you are in your room."

"We love the location and we even have stayed at Terminal 21 and space hotel but this one is right on the beach. For my daughter which is 7 she liked the space hotel but over all we loved the staff and property and rooms were nice as well "

"This hotel was absolutely amazing modern, clean the staff was excellent. I literally did not need to leave to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Breakfast, delicious with many food options. The restaurant on the 1st floor great and affordable. My only gripe with the hotel is their rooftop bar and lounge. The ambiance is great, but it's not open long they should extend their rooftop hours. But overall, this would be my first choice to stay when visiting again."

"This I’m my 3rd time staying at Grand Centre. I travel for work, so I don’t use the pool. However I can say that the staff is always welcoming and the breakfast is quite good. Nice location attached to mall, so convenient to pick up forgotten items or to have a coffee. I recommend."
