"Nid on level 6 cleaning of the room was exceptional and always hello with a smile as was all the staff Room size was good Location was great"

"Friendly staff, helpful, clean property ."

"This is an older property that could benefit from updating an refreshing. The lobby is a unique open air design, with unique furniture that must be described as works of art. It will be warm on hot days, but I find little reason to spend extended time in the lobby. While I was there, the daily showers kept the temperature comfortable. The two large garden courtyards have many, many mature tropical trees and plants. It is maintained well, but not 5 star level. One pool is a simple Gunite...

"Still one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Views and pools are unmatched in Pattaya. Staff is top notch in all areas. Comfortable and luxorious at the same time. Already looking forward to my next stay. For me the location is a perfect mix for visiting Pattaya. Easy access to the fun but surrounded by day 2 day greaatq activities like Pado or Terminal 21"

"No microwave no balcony and paid for a suite have to go outside to smoke"

"The staff was very nice and, although it's an older property, it was well maintained. The morning breakfast was one of the best features of my stay. I will definitely be back."
