Took my wife to thailand for her first time and to see Songkran one of the kitchen staff Nun always kind friendly to us even invited us to go songkran with her made my wife feel like family staff always helpful and so kind will be coming back hopefully again this year

Great value and in a good location. The staff were wonderful and housekeeping was excellent. My shower drain seemed to be clogged so I advised the front desk and they had someone fix it immediately. Only real complaint I had was that the wifi barely connected from the 3rd floor and most of the time my device couldn't even detect it.

Worst Stay because of bad smells
The room you see online in not the tiny room you get. The room smelled like somebody died in it! Mold and bacteria in the Air Conditioner System. The carpets in the hallway were very dirty and torn. Super Overpriced for a smelly dirty hotel. 4 water slides and only one open. I’m sorry to have stayed here. Your car is parked in a dirt lot across the street. 6 year old cheap mattress. Shame on Centara.
