Arrived and checked in two hours earlywith no problems, this was great after an early start.
Arrived in room and my safe was locked, so had to go to reception but again service was prompt and his was fixed within fifteen minutes.
The shiwer had no hot water, i was told the water was being fixed.
On second day we had no water, this was frustrating for staff and guests but was told one hour at 1pm and at 7pm it was still not on. After seeing the staff on reception, they were apologetic and offered for me to take a shower in the second building. Again satisfied my needs and the wayer was warm.
Third day, again no water, couldn't clean my teeth, have a shower or flush the toilet.
Eventually this was fixed by 6pm which impacted on me going out on time to meet friends.
The shower was a meak trickle and the pressure never changed but it was hot.
The pressure got worse the day i checked out and you had no pressure for hot water.
Overall, this is a nice place and the syaff were courteous and polite at all times which was a credit in the dire circumstances of having half your hotel with no water.
Catering wise was fine. Drinks were reasonably priced.
The pool is a little cold but plenty of space but you lose the sun in early afternoon.
Cleaning was great, no problem to clean at 2pm.
