Stayed in a penthouse poolside room. Staff are easy to communicate with in English and quite accommodating. The rooftop pool was nice & peaceful compared to the pool downstairs, though not the biggest. I don’t think everyone who stays realizes there is a pool on top and that was just fine with me!

Better hotels then this place
Some of the staff not friendly . Breakfast over priced not much to choice . Very small rooms looks bigger in the photos . I seen a man there with wheelchair and the lift to the pool was not working for him . They keep telling him tomorrow it fixed but never fixed for him he stayed for over a week and they did nothing even after he told them this is why he booked the hotel .omg

Breakfast buffet walk-in special price is THB 169 (January b2023). You get the following: eggs/omelette station, ham, sausages, grilled pork skewers, grilled chicken skewers, 1 Thai dish, 1 vegetarian dish, fried fice, steamed rice, sticky rice, congee or porridge, a salad bar, siopao bun, shu mei dumplings, white & wheat toast, butter, marmalade, strawberry jam, honey, cornflakes, muesli (with dried fruit toppings), homemade yogurt, self service fully automatic espresso/latte/cappuccino machine, 7 kinds of tea selection, hot cocoa, Ovaltine, juice dispenser, soy milk. All for THB 169.3. The mentioned handicapped guest originally booked for 2 nights then extended another night, and then another night. The wheelchair elevator could not be repaired immediately because parts were unavailable due to the new year holiday.

Arrived and checked in two hours earlywith no problems, this was great after an early start. Arrived in room and my safe was locked, so had to go to reception but again service was prompt and his was fixed within fifteen minutes. The shiwer had no hot water, i was told the water was being fixed. On second day we had no water, this was frustrating for staff and guests but was told one hour at 1pm and at 7pm it was still not on. After seeing the staff on reception, they were apologetic and offered for me to take a shower in the second building. Again satisfied my needs and the wayer was warm. Third day, again no water, couldn't clean my teeth, have a shower or flush the toilet. Eventually this was fixed by 6pm which impacted on me going out on time to meet friends. The shower was a meak trickle and the pressure never changed but it was hot. The pressure got worse the day i checked out and you had no pressure for hot water. Overall, this is a nice place and the syaff were courteous and polite at all times which was a credit in the dire circumstances of having half your hotel with no water. Catering wise was fine. Drinks were reasonably priced. The pool is a little cold but plenty of space but you lose the sun in early afternoon. Cleaning was great, no problem to clean at 2pm.

Most terrible hotel in Pattaya
It was terrible experience with this hotel and particularly staff. They misbehaved with our family during check-in and situation got so bad and we got afraid that we need to call police to protect ourself. We immediately left the hotel.hotel team were so ruthless that they charged us for one night and even didnt checked us in system. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Decent Hotel
I won’t say this is a great hotel, but it is fairly good. Not very close to central Pattaya, but the location is easy to get to and from. The room was a decent size and clean, except for the bathroom which smelled a little moldy. After they cleaned it the next day, it was much better. The shower can be updated to something more modern.

Will not stay here again..
The hotel is very noisy at night with lots of fighting on the floors at night was not able to sleep. Staff are very rude towards westerners. Rooms can be more clean. I had to by toilet cleaner from 7/11 and clean my toilet room myself to get the smell out from the pip work. The room now is the most cleanest of all.... The rooms are over priced for what you are getting other hotels are better for what you pay at Zing.
