Many restaurants were closed. But the hotel was spectacular! The views of the ocean also spectacular. I would definitely go there again.

On Expedia it said I would receive an upgrade if available- the last that did checkin said there is no upgrade - I had to pay £70 to upgrade.

Royal Cliff hotels are all very good with some shared facilities. Not within walking distance of anything but easy to get Bolts or Grab taxes. Fantastic swimming pools and easy to walk down the steps to the beach where the sea is even warmer than the swimming pools. They found a way to check me in 8:00 a.m. after an early flight and I'm very grateful.

Excellent hotel thats secluded from the local Pattaya beach. If you want a crowd, stay at the Royal Cliff Beach. If you want grand & quietness, stay at the Royal Cliff Grand. Easy access to the private beach. Food was okay. But service & exclusivity were definitely the objectives. Just a short 7min ride to the night life.

Although Pattaya cliff grand is supposed to be luxury but the worst ever room service I ever had
Coffee is Baht 130 but came with small cup so I had to order 2 to 3 cups each time!
In addition the worst ever food served. I ordered Tom yum going with noodle, it came dry with no soup! I feedback to hotel but they don’t care and did not do anything to change my food. Can you believe this kind of poor service?
I took a picture of the noodle to remind myself not to stay this hotel in future if I go Pattaya again !
Is these 5 star service? May be 5 star rates with 1 star quality and service

The location was great the rooms were clean af, its a few minutes to a lot of attractions and activity, the staff were friendly the pools were great with great views the gym pool is really slept on. The food is great as well their ate many different options so u will not get board. The o ly thing i didnt like abot the property is that there was the lil red worms in the toilets when flushing it was not a problem but coming from the california bay area i guess we dont appreciate the little things we have. Over all out of 10 ill give this place a 9.8 will definitely recoment for any1 traveling to thailand and if i were to come back i would definitely stay again
