水壓很差..幾乎什麼都沒有.. HOUSE KEEPING要錢.. LATE CHECK IN沒有人理會.. 說比錢的早餐服務,臨時又沒有..

Comments on no hot water and malfunction air conditioner have been given to the management. It seems the management will make a note of it and it won't happen again. It's advised that you are better to call the management 2 hours before arriving, so that they'll make sure your villa is clean and ready.
