Great staff and amenities, pools and gym are great, only 5min from the centre of Pattaya but cosy and quiet around the premises, only fail is that the sinks get blocked easily and sometimes there's a smell in the corridors. Aside from that well recommended.

The hotel was ok, the location was good. But the service is not proper. There is a communication gap. A problem in getting the keys.

行く前に電話したので、鍵の受け渡しも、メールボックスに、入れてくれ、直接ホテルにいくことができました。その後、グリーン料金の徴収に係の人が来てくれ、トイレットペーパーがない事を伝えると、翌日それと、タオル、水をもってきてくれました。 部屋も綺麗で眺めも良く過ごしやすかったです。 31階のプールからの景色は素晴らしかったです。

Stay away! Worst "Hotel" in years
Worst "Hotel" I've booked in years. I was in a rush as I had to go to a wedding. Called them 30min before arrival to say at what time I arrive and speed up the check in. They told me I should call again when I arrive and that they stay "very near". Waited 50min until someone showed up. Office hung up the phone after I complained and asked why I had to wait so long. Fun fact, lady who came didn't enter through the main and only entrance to the buildings which means she stayed within the building the whole time. After arriving in the room I thought I knew the reason for the long waiting time. The shower was still wet from the previous guest and the ventilation on. I guess they had to remove the previous guest first before I entered. this happened 7pm by the way. back to the bathroom, it smelled like a sewer, also the reason why the ventilation was permanently on. No effort to repair the obvious problems they had, lets just never close the ventilation again... Still smelled bad and It was a pain trying to sleep with that smell. Also no free water in the fridge like advertised. On top of that: I have booked and reserved the room with my credit card but agreed to pay in THB cash on arrival. Which I also did. Now I just noticed that they actually also charged my card and now got 200% payment for 0% customer satisfaction. I don't recommend this "Hotel" at all, absolute rip and zero customer service. I hope the owner of the building finally prohibit them to rent out apartments.

場所によっては道路が工事中の為に車、バイクで入れない場合もありホテルにたどり着けない。
同じような名前のコンドミニアムがありました。 ホテルズドットコム/ホテルマネージャーに連絡しましたが再度地図を送ってもらえずたどり着けませんでした。 後から分かりましたが道が工事中でした。 またホテルズドットコムでの場所のポイントは間違っています。 結局、チェックインできず他のホテルを別途取りました。 お金と労力がかなり無駄になりました。

We were not expected by the reception because bof no communication by the landlord. The agent or whoever didn't pick up the calls and we took more than a hour for check-in. The apartment was dirty and the air-conditioning remote was not available so we had to stay in a frozen room for two days. Really disappointed
