Great budget accommodation

Pros: Very big room with kitchen and washroom. See through window to shower area (if you like that stuff). Lot of options for food in the area, Mcdonalds, Starbucks just across the street in the mall. Local market 2 minutes walk if you want to experience actual local market. WiFi was excellent with router right in the room. Cons: Con only if you are mainly there to explorer walking street area. A fair bit of walk from all the action.

แนะนำเลย ติดตลาดและไปชาดหาดได้สบายใกล้ๆจะเดินหรือนั้งรถก็สะดวก ร้านค้าร้านสะดวกซื้อเยอะ ใกล้ห้างด้วยครับ ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างดีเหมาะกับมาเปนกลุ่ม มีข้าวของเครื่องใช้ให้ ไมโครเวฟ ตู้เย็น ทีวี โดยรวมแนะนำที่นี่ครับ

Great apartment opposite TUK.COM

Long delay at check in, because for the second time in 2 years, they tried to give me a room without kitchen. Excellent room, facilities, condition (although there was a badly cracked window glass pane) and location. 10 min walk to Walking Street or Soi Buakhao or few min by baht bus. Reception staff do not speak English and are mainly there to check for unregistered guests.

Nice hotel at a convenient location. Walkable to beach road and walking street. Only true downside was not having an elevator.

Прекрасное местоположение, всё рядом.До пирса 20 минут пешком.Заселили сразу, в 10 утра. В целом, чисто.. Удобная кровать, хорошее белье. Но будьте готовы, что вечером вас встретят огромные тараканы..(( Поэтому не приносите в номер ни какой еды, не провоцируйте их..:-)

Très bon séjour hôtel et appartement très propre, mais ne se trouve pas à l'adresse indiquée sur votre site . L'hôtel ce trouve près du centre de Pattaya mais sur la Pattaya Tai , pas sur la Soi Buakho .

Great stay at trebel service apartments. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. WIFI is fast and reliable. The location on the hotels.com website is still wrong. Trebel apartment is located at the corner of soi buakhao and south pattaya road not near lk metro.

Awesome value!

Trebel apartments are fairly new. The rooms are immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The location listed on the Hotels.com map is wrong. On the website the hotel is located near Soi LK Metro near Witherspoon restaurant, this is incorrect. The hotel is actually located on the corner at the end of Soi Buakhao and South Pattaya road 900 meters away. From the apartment its about a 10 minute walk along South Pattaya road to Walking Street. Across the apartment is a Tops supermarket and Tukom IT center. There are cheap restaurants and street food stands on the way to Walking Street. At night there are street food stands that set up right outside the apartment. The wifi, showers, kitchen and A/C were all great. My only criticism is that I wish more cooking supplies were supplied and also little things like salt & pepper etc.

HORRIBLE! BEWARE!!!! MISINFORMATION on website

I had a HORRIFIC experience at Trebel Service Apartment, Pattaya. The booking was for a "Superior Double Room" and the details on the website showed (still shows) that it had a kitchenette. The pictures on the website for the room type also showed photos of a kitchenette on the website (they still do). The address on the website is given as "111/52 Moo 10, Soi Buakhao". The map on the website shows the location to be on Soi Buakhao, between Soi Lengkee and Soi LK Metro. This still remains on the website. The reason I booked the hotel was because I wanted a kitchen and preferred to stay close to Soi LK Metro and Soi Diana/Soi Lengkee. I could not locate the hotel once I arrived at the location displayed in the map. I called the hotel multiple times and received no answer. I had to call the Hotels.com customer care number to get connected to the property manager. He gave directions in broken English that I could not understand. Finally, I realized that the location was completely different from that shown on the map on the website. The property is actually on South Pattaya road, which is far away from Soi LK Metro / Soi Lengkee. Also after checking in, the room that was given to me had no kitchenette. The property manager also refused to give me a room with a kitchenette. As neither of my conditions for booking were met, I checked out immediately. No refund was given. Hotels.com should be ashamed to list a property knowingly deceiving clients.

No Cleaning Service

I booked for 2 nights. The room was not cleaned when I came back to the hotel after a day of meetings. The staff wasn't able to settle this issue. There's no lift so if you are on the 5th floor, be ready for some good exercise. There's no telephone in the room so if you need to contact the staff, you'll have more exercise. And there's no parking. Other than the room being spacious and new, the way it's managed, it won't be long before it get's old and mouldy
