Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet from 6am to 11am was wonderful and great for those lazy lie ins. 200m down the beach is a more local part of beach with reasonably priced food and good for a change

The resort itself is beautifull, clean and the staff is just wonderfull. The rooms are clean and the food from the restaurant is really delivious. A well mixed balance between traditional Thai food and western food. Around the resort is not that much but that is ok. You have everything at the resort.

Wonderful boutique hotel with amazing view

Very nice boutique hotel. We had the sea view regular hotel room and found it a very nice and comfortable room with an amazing view. The garden villas can also be nice, but we really enjoyed the view (which you won’t have in the garden villas). Breakfast is very tasty and offers plenty of choice. Service is extremely warm and nice. The only isue we encountered was when we had dinner the first night. We ordered an appetizer, starter and main. Somehow the service got it mixed up and delivered everything together at the same time. This hotel is also one of the few hotels that really is directly linked to the beach and sea.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room we stayed at was nice and spacious but it doesn't keep out the noises at all. People walking on the floor above, people walking / talking on the hallway, everything we heard throughout the whole stay. Our room was located on the second floor, but the noises from the ground floor was so loud I thought people were talking right in front of our room. The spa had only one room and one masseuse, so I couldn't book the spa during the time I wanted. Lastly, the hotel has a 24-hour use of room concept, but only subject to availability, I didn't know this so we arrived at 8pm only to be told that we have to check out at 2pm the next day. This was a huge blow to us as we paid double the amount of other hotels we were looking at to stay at U-Pattaya specifically for this.

Staff and service were top notch. Property itself is beautiful and well laid out. However, the beach is very dirty with cigarette butts, dead rat, dogs poo, etc... making it unpleasant to be at the beach.

its OK

Hotel was probably a 5 star when it opened 10 years ago but is probably not now. It needs some care. In the 2 bedroom pool villa there are no sun lounges for the pool which we found strange. Overall we enjoyed our stay but is overpriced for what you get. The food is quite good and staff friendly and helpful.

Great place but too far from city

It is a beautiful property but very far from the city !! The only problem is kitchen closes at 10/10.30 PM so you should only book if you want to sleep early and wake up early Overall a beautiful hotel and very eco friendly

The pool villa have many leaf around the pool and in the pool. It’s dirty. I can’t use it. The hotel condition. I can stay in the hotel 24hrs. after check-in time. Before check-in 1 day staff called to confirm. I inform the staff that I will check-in 6pm. But have to check-out within 2pm. If I want to stay until 6pm. I have to change room type to standard because pool villa have full booking and Staff told me I should to inform hotel before 1-2 weeks. I paid for relax in the expensive price but It’s worse than I though.

部屋はこぢんまりしていますが、とても清潔で、かつ自然を感じられる木材作りになっています。スタッフはとても親切で、レストランも大変美味しかったです。特に、焼売がおいしかった。海は雨季というのもあってクラゲが大量発生しており、海に入れなかったのは残念でした。ただプールに海やビーチを眺めながら入れるので、それで充分満喫できました。
