"We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and have yet to hear back from a Manager regarding the numerous complaints we had with the service experienced. To begin with, I will note the positives: Clean room Friendly staff Beautiful views Now the negatives: Upon checking into our room at 7pm (following a telephone conversation had earlier in the morning regarding our children and dog joining us) we discovered that the extra beds were not in our room ready for our children to sleep on....

" The Longboat Inn is very close to Penzance Station and not too far from the harbour, so very well situated. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the shower worked well. My room overlooked the main road, and was subject to some traffic noise (mainly from one idiot with an excessively loud motorbike who seemed to be riding up and down the road), but I had a very good night's sleep. "Everything was wonderful at Mullion Cove Hotel. We had a spectacular view in our room with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. Everyone was so kind, and the food was delicious too. Highly recommend staying here if you have the chance."

"This is a pub with rooms, so not a hotel. But, wow it is absolutely at the top of the scale for pubs. Room was perfectly clean and had as good a view as you could find anywhere in the world. Location, perfect, parked at the nearby harbour carpark, not overly expensive. Bar staff were great, evening food was great, four real ales on tap, all delicious. Great choice at breakfast and again lovely staff. I would seriously give this accommodation 11 out of 10. 100% recommended."
