"I was so tired I just wanted to rest. I would have appreciated it if they had asked me if the noise bothered me or not! A train was passing by constantly; it was as if the blessed train was inside the room. I asked them to park my car, but they wouldn't accept my credit card. They made me scan a system that didn't work day or night! Now I'm having nightmares about that train. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, not in this life, not in the next."

"Though it's old, this isn't a bad place, but there were enough problems with the room we were in that I'd never stay here again. The big problem was the heater/air conditioner in the wall. Though it had several different settings, most of them didn't work. The unit was either full-on or off, and when set for an in-between temperature, simply went on and off all night--ten or fifteen seconds on (with the fan roaring), then fifteen or twenty seconds off, with all the attendant on/off clicking. I'm by no means a light sleeper, but it kept me awake for some time and woke me up repeatedly. A new unit is needed in Room 112! Also, the TV simply doesn't work. I wondered why it was pushed against the side wall until I tried to turn it on and nothing happened. No big deal for me, but clearly the management knows about the problem. And the pillows are shot, the linens worn, no mat to prevent slipping in the shower, etc--all easily addressed, if anyone is paying attention. Sometimes an older, inexpensive place is fine for the night; this one wasn't. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but the management needs to spend just a little money."

"There are 2 Staff members that I absolutely can’t speak highly enough ! I am currently homeless and they have been absolutely amazing and so friendly and welcoming ! They treat me like I’m part of their family ! There are other staff members that I will walk out and stay elsewhere with out a thought ! There are cheaper options for me but I choose to stay here Bec of those 2 staff members ! They are thorough and explain anything I need help with ! They greet me with a smile and always lend an ear to listen to me ! They love thier job and it shows ! "

"We stayed at the hotel for one week and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the heating system. All the staff who assisted us were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, and even the we left early and returned late, it was always pleasant to come back. Our room had a renovated bathroom, and although the décor was not modern, it was well maintained and presentable."
