"Property was a self check-in hotel with limited reception hours. But the Staff were great and resolved all our needs. Convenient location for travel tour pick up spots. Grocery store next door and a coffee/food/ bakery a few steps away. Perfect for just somewhere to sleep after a day of exhausting touring. "

"Our hotel room was fabulous. Clean and quiet with a great shower. The building itself is a little sketch with a damp musty odor but the floor the hotel is on is fully renovated and really nice. Keep in mind there is a panel in the elevator similar to the front entrance but not lit and in order to get to the sixth floor where the rooms are you will need to place your hand on it to light it up, punch in your code to gain access to the sixth floor. It was obvious for us so worth mentioning."

"Luwian is a beautiful boutique hotel in Athens. The rooms are spotless, modern, and well designed, and the staff is professional and very welcoming. That said, I cannot recommend staying here because of the location. The hotel is in Omonia, which feels unsafe, during our stay we were followed on several occasions by suspicious individuals and never felt at ease walking in the area. It’s truly unfortunate that such a great hotel is set in such a problematic neighborhood."
