"Overall a very good value place to stay, and as long as you know the place’s limits in advance you can plan round them. A bit on the basic side (no desk in the room, no towels, no dedicated wifi (something cloudy that didn’t work on 4th floor, so I tethered iPad to phone). toilet and shower a bit “military grade” but the price point was exceptional. "Great choice for 5-night stay in Berwick - I paid a bit more for a larger double room and appreciated the space and furnishings. Great location, well-appointed room and very comfortable bed. Although it's self-check-in, the staff are available on phone and text and very helpful. Continental breakfast hamper and fridge in room were a nice bonus."

"Booked 2 Rooms & when we arrived the Host said she wasn't letting out Rooms anymore so we were stuck at 7.30pm with nowhere to stay. Having trouble getting a Refund from you.
Definitely wouldn't recommend."
